Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind: Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or used (such as masks, mats, or skin-contact tools) cannot be returned unless defective.
