Where do your products ship from?
Our items ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, primarily overseas. This lets us offer quality products at fair prices without the markup of a traditional retail supply chain.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll sort out a replacement or refund, no hassle.
Can I return an item I just don't want anymore?
